Tiramisu in a bowl

J’adore!

English version

What do you think of a Tiramisu for breakfast?

Did you know that Tiramisu means “ lift me up” or to carry me up. Tira mi su! This dish is supposed to uplift you. It’s perfect to start the day. Haha, that’s a good excuse to eat chocolate in the morning 😅

Anyway, this smoothie bowl was super good. I will absolutely reiterate the experience!

This bowl was conceived a bit like another version of the coffee smoothie bowl I made last week. However, here we are more on notes close to Tiramisu.

This version is super good and very creamy. The consistency is crazy, like a light and airy mousse! You might think I used egg whites. A real consistency of Tiramisu! I love it!

You know that I eat very little sweet. For my tastes, the prune was enough to sweeten the preparation but feel free to add maple syrup if you wish.

For me, it’s a big no no!

Here is the recipe of this dreamy smoothie bowl
